Intelligent Token Management and Reuse Logic

To handle “Auspicious Day” crowds, the system uses a Dynamic Token Master. Each outlet has a pre-defined series of tokens that are automatically assigned to an E-Invoice and “released” back into the system the moment the customer leaves with their purchase. This ensures a constant, organized flow of customers even during 10x traffic surges.

The Invoice Management Web Portal automatically "snatches" the invoice from the ERP and secures a digital copy in Azure Storage. This creates a single source of truth that is accessible instantly, anywhere in the store.

Instead of a paper slip, the system generates a Digital Token. The portal then manages these "Token Masters," assigning them to orders and triggering instant WhatsApp/SMS alerts to the customer.

Using the Sales Staff App, team members scan the customer's token to instantly validate the invoice, capture a Digital Signature, and confirm payment—all without leaving the customer's side.

Once payment is confirmed, the Packing Staff App is notified. They scan the same token to fulfil the order. Once complete, the system automatically "releases" the token for the next customer and shares the final invoice softcopy via WhatsApp.
