Mindster’s Solution

Mindster had developed an on-demand vehicle booking framework to cater to various types of clients. We proposed a customized implementation of the on-demand vehicle booking framework with a new user interface for the frontend developed from scratch to meet the client's expectations. Conceptualization and UI/UX design were proposed to be separate phases during which we had a detailed analysis of truck booking systems around the world, and after iterative discussion with the clients, we evolved to the right optimum solution for the market. The system was integrated with third party CRM for connecting with service desk executives who take care of customer support. Integrations were done with Google Maps for location services and Telr for payment services.
